3. Your check-in process
Self check-in (from 3PM)
- Every guest has a CHECK-IN CODE
- Dial your CHECK-IN CODE and * (star key) on the DIGITAL LOCK (street door) and enter
- Find your apartment key in the key box next to your apartment door (open with CHECK-IN CODE)
4. Main appliances
Kitchen water filter
Your kitchen is equipped with a water purifier. Look at your kitchen faucet and run the water: when the little lever is vertical, the water will come through the main faucet (NOT purified); when the little lever is horizontal, the water will come through the little secondary faucet (PURIFIED). The product is guaranteed to control 99% of bacteria and impurities by the producers themselves.
HELP US REDUCE PLASTIC WASTE!
Portable heater
The portable heater is a black panel with wheels. Plug it in and set the bottom switch on ON. Then, press the top ON button. The display will turn on and then off after 1 minute, but the heater will still work unless you press OFF!
USE IT RESPONSIBLY!
Did you know that most people in Cusco don't use heating at all?
Shower use
Run HOT WATER only (left side) and pull or push the handle to change the temperature (push for hotter, pull for colder). DO NOT MOVE THE HANDLE TOWARDS THE RIGHT! Just pull or push.

House rules

- NO SMOKING inside of the apartments
ALWAYS RESPECT OTHER GUESTS
Toilet paper
In Peru, NEVER throw your toilet paper into the toilet, you might clog it! We provide small bins, located just next to the toilet.

Free access from 9am to 7pm
(apt. 401 PRIVATE access from 7pm to 9am)

Rubbish disposal
Please separate recycling and general waste in your apartment (you have 2 bins in your kitchen).
WHEN THEY ARE FULL, DISPOSE OF YOUR RUBBISH IN THE PATIO BINS:
GENERAL WASTE: throw it in the big, dark blue bin in the patio. Always use a plastic bag.
RECYCLING: throw it in the smaller, light-blue bin in the patio. Find recycling instructions written above the bin.
You will find extra rubbish bags under your sink, but we encourage you to reuse the plastic bags you will be given in the shops.
6. Your key set
STREET DOOR
GETTING IN: present your key fob (put it in front of the screen for at least one second). Then pull the handle down and push the door.

Always make sure the door is locked behind you
YOUR APARTMENT
Use the metal key to open your apartment's door.
Your key set is important. If you loose it or you forget it inside of your apartment, sanctions will apply.
