Kitchen water filter

Your kitchen is equipped with a water filter. Look at your kitchen faucet: when the little lever is vertical, the water will come through the main faucet (NOT purified); when the little lever is horizontal, the water will come through the little faucet (PURIFIED)

Portable heater

The portable heater is a black panel with wheels. Plug it in and set the bottom switch on ON. The press the top ON button. In Cusco, we don't use any kind of heating, but we think it might make your stay more comfortable. Please, USE IT RESPONSIBLY!

Toilet paper

In Peru, NEVER throw your toilet paper into the toilet, you might clog it! We provide small bins, located just next to the toilet. Use them!

Optimal shower use

Run HOT WATER only. If it is too cold, run less water (decrease the pressure) and the temperature will be higher. If it is too hot, run more water (increase the pressure) and the temperature will be lower. AVOID mixing with cold water to avoid overheating.

Panoramic terrace

From 9am to 7pm, you can access our panoramic terrace on the 4th floor. Please be mindful of other guests:
- KEEP YOUR VOICE LOW
- NO MUSIC
- LEAVE IT AS YOU FOUND IT
- USE THE ASHTRAY IF YOU SMOKE

Rubbish disposal

In your flat, you'll find two bins: we encourage you to use one for recycling and one for everything else.
GENERAL WASTE: throw it in the big, dark blue bin in the patio. Always use a plastic bag.
RECYCLING: throw it in the smaller, light-blue bin in the patio. Find recycling instructions written on the side of the bin.

4. Getting in and out

DAY TIME

Getting out: press the button on the grey lock.
Getting in: use your ROUND key in the top key hole.

NIGHT TIME

From 10:00 pm to 6:00 am the night lock will be locked.
Getting out: 1. use your SQUARE key to unlock the night lock 2. press the button 3. get out and close the door 4. re-lock the night lock (bottom key hole)
Getting in: 1. use your SQUARE key to unlock the night lock (bottom key hole) 2. use your round key to open the door 3. get in and gently shut the door 4. re-lock the night lock
