Ausangate 7 lakes
High altitude hiking
S/115
Off the beaten path
An “off the beaten path” hike for those who love to get lost in nature. Enjoy the energy of the Ausangate mountain (a very important “apu”- spirit of the mountains) and the beautiful sight of seven small mountain lakes. The hike is a bit challenging because of the altitude, but the day ends up at the natural hot springs of Pacchanta helping your body and soul recover from the effort!
The day starts early, around 4:30am. We drive all the way to Pacchanta community where we will have breakfast before starting our circuit. The hike takes approx. 5 hours (10 km). Once back, the group will head to the open air hot springs! After lunch, the car/bus will take you back to Cusco.
The tour starts at:
between 4 and 5 am (the pick up time will be confirmed the day before the tour around 6-8pm)
Pick up from home
