Just 120 m. from San Blas market and within walking distance from Cusco City’s main attractions, our apartment is ideal for couples and friends who want to discover the ancient capital of the Inca Empire! It features 2 bedrooms (at the back) and a cozy open space with kitchen and sitting area. Full, windowed bathroom available.

Our apartment overlooks the internal patio and is located on the ground floor. It’s therefore easily accessible from the main road, even if you carry very heavy suitcases. It boosts a large window onto the patio. Indoor lighting is limited, but our guests can enjoy a coffee in the open air at the garden tables on the patio or on the panoramic terrace on the 4th floor.

Andino style is inspired by the most traditional Andean textiles and designs. It favors the typical “manta” patterns and it includes some meaningful symbols such as the “toritos de Pucará”, a talisman that protects the house and the family in it.

Ivan and Chiara went above and beyond what is expected for a host!!! So helpful with arranging tours and taxis whenever we needed them! Great communication and just lovely people. They have a whole handbook listing available services, restaurant recommendations, etc. You get a whole apartment to yourself with a nice living room and tv with Netflix. Wifi is reliable. Location is about a 10 minute walk from the main square. Directly beside the most amazing bakery and down the street from the San Blas market which is a great lunch spot. The apartment was cool in temperature, which was very nice for us. There is a plug-in heater that we used once. My only negative is the shower that is very finicky, but manageable. Would recommend their place to anyone staying in Cusco!!😊

Awesome spot close to everything in San Blas but quiet and private! I love a good sleep and appreciated that the apartment is set in the back of the courtyard. Chiara and Ivan are so lovely and welcomed me personally! Apartment has everything you need - hot water bottles and heater, etc. Hot water worked fine, appreciated the water filter on the tap so you have drinking water!! Loved the top floor shared patio - great view♥️

Sem explicações pra como foi perfeito esse Airbnb, valeu muito a pena o apartamento, totalmente como descrito. De madrugada precisei de auxílio deles para destrancar o apartamento pois o tranquei com a chave dentro e estava indo fazer um passeio e eles foram muito solícitos em me atenderem 3am haha. O banho era delicioso, extremamente quente com aquecimento a gás. A localização do ap ficava a 5min caminhando da plaza de armas, bem pertinho!

we had a great time in Cusco. Chiara and Ivan have been amazing hosts. They helped us to organize cheap tours and they catered to all our needs so we had a great time in Cusco. Everything is walkable and there are great restaurants, coffeeshops and bakeries in the surrounding. its about 10-15 minutes to the center which was great because there were no people arround the apartment selling tourist stuff. i can recommend this place to 100% and i will definitely stay here again if i will make it to Cusco again at some point. thank you very much for the amazing time!!

We loved staying at Tiyana Cusco. The apartment was perfectly located within walking distance of the main square/downtown but not directly in a busy area. Our hosts have an amazing pdf full of recommendations of great places to eat and shop. And last, but not least, Chiara did an amazing job helping us get booked for tours and experiences at the last minute. She went out of her way to make sure we understood all our options. They are all so responsive and accommodating. Thank you so much for making our Cusco experience so wonderful!!i can recommend this place to 100% and i will definitely stay here again if i will make it to Cusco again at some point. thank you very much for the amazing time!!

Don’t hesitate to book this little gem! It’s immaculate, has all the necessities (yay! Drip coffee and set up kitchen). The shower was delightful- lots of hot water. Quiet!! The location is prime. Easy to walk to San Blas market and to Plaza de Armas. Ivan and Chiara answer near immediately with any questions. The went up and beyond to help us when our flight cancelled and needed a few more days. This was a value packed stay! thank you very much for the amazing time!!
