self check-in process
The SELF CHECK-IN process involves two steps:
1. A DIGITAL LOCK on the street door
Dial your CHECK-IN CODE and then * (STAR KEY) to enter (this is ONLY for check-in, use the key fob afterwards)
2. A KEY BOX located next to your apartment door
Find your KEY SET in the key box. Your key set includes: a METAL KEY to open your apartment door and a KEY FOB to open the front door.

Remember that our address is: Urbanización Lucrepata F15 (next to a bakery)
Touch the screen with the PALM of your hand
The COMBINATION PAD will appear on the screen
Dial your CHECK-IN CODE followed by * (star key)
This is a PRIVATE and SECRET code! Make sure no one sees it or hear you say it!
Pull the door handle down and push the door open
You are inside! Welcome!
Make sure the door LOCKS behind you
Allow 5 seconds for the lock to close.
PLEASE MAKE SURE THE DOOR IS LOCKED FOR EVERYONE'S SAFETY, EVEN YOURS!
2. Find your apartment door (there is a number on each door)
The KEY BOX is located next to it. Slide the black lid down to access the combination pad
Dial your CHECK-IN CODE (4 digit)
It's the SAME CHECK-IN CODE you have used on the digital lock, minus the *
Lightly press the top of the silver lid to open
If the code has been dialled correctly, the lid will open easily
Take possessions of the key and lock the key box back
After taking the keys out, press the silver lid back and CHANGE AT LEAST ONE NUMBER OF THE COMBINATION (otherwise it remains open)
